They come in different sizes. Marlo isnt actually that big, cause Notacloo are pretty small critters.

Gosh, I just really, really love minibeasts! SQUEEE!! C: Don't ask me why... maybe it's because I've always wanted an exotic pet, but I've never even had a goldfish. Where did your inspiration for minibeasts come from?

Honestly, I was just doodling, and one doodle stood out, which was a slighly less awesome version of the land beasts you see today. I really liked the idea of riding around on a huge hunchbacked fluffmonster to get from place to place, so I kept the design and did some more thinking on how to incorperate them in a practical way to the world of Planet Idano.
After a bit of goofing off, I made the winged and water variations. And that's pretty much it. ouo
