Nope.

This piece looks wonderful, I like the Phoenix Wright feel to it; however I would say that the right arm (Nero's right/the one that's pointing) is a bit awkwardly proportioned in comparison to the position of bottom half of his body, the same could apply to his left shoulder, it looks a tad bit awkward. The main thing I noticed, however, was the lighting on his forehead; the way the light strikes his hair makes his face look pushed-in and kind of awkward looking! His right leg looks a bit strange in the position it's in, but it's not as noticeable as the strange forehead hair lighting. That said, I do love the way you draw and shade, and your attention to anatomy is a good habit to have, hopefully I was of some help here, I'm not very accustomed to critiquing.
